冷縮管生產工藝及流程詳細介紹

配方:包括生膠、補強劑、硫化劑以及其它助劑。
塑煉:將生膠在開煉機上薄通塑煉打包後停放待用。
薄通:是指橡膠厚度很薄地通過開練機的二個輥筒,目的有三:
      1、如是純天然橡膠,則是利用薄通時的機械剪切力,將NR中部分長分子鏈斷裂成小分子鏈,以降低NR的門尼粘度,提高工藝操作與加工性能;此工藝稱為塑煉。
      2、如是混煉膠,則是提高混煉膠的混煉效果,使混煉膠中的各組份如炭黑、硫化劑、防老劑等分散均勻。
      3、如是硫化膠再生,則是利用薄通時的機械剪切力,將較大顆粒的硫化膠粉碎為較細顆粒的硫化膠粉,便於再生利用。
混煉:將稱量配好的塑煉膠,補強劑,助劑,依次加入密煉機進行混煉,混煉好後排出密煉機,在開煉機上開煉、下片,停放後待用。
過濾:將停放後混煉膠熱煉後進行過濾,以去除雜質,然後下片、冷卻停放。
加硫:將過濾後的混煉膠稱量後,在開煉機上加入硫化劑,待硫化劑分散均勻後,進行薄通。
薄通:在開煉機將加好硫化劑的混煉膠薄通,出條待擠出。
擠出:按照工藝技術參數的要求,選擇合適的口模進行調整,達到工藝技術參數的要求。
硫化:將擠出後符合工藝技術參數要求的未硫化的膠管,按照工藝技術參數的要求進行硫化。
裁切:將硫化好的膠管按照產品的要求和工藝技術參數的規定進行定長、裁切,同時檢查硫化好的管子表面是否有雜質、氣泡,斷面是否有氣孔等。
支撐管的擠出、繞管、焊接:用塑膠擠出機支撐條,然後在繞管機上按照工藝技術參數的要求進行繞管、焊接、修整、檢驗。
擴張:在擴張機上將硫化後裁切定長的管子、支撐管組合擴張好,檢查擴張後長度。
整理:對擴張後的冷縮管進行修整、檢查、表面擦拭,外觀目測檢查。
檢驗:檢驗擴張後的冷縮管是否有機械雜質、劃痕、機械損傷、氣泡、支撐管有無變形,按100%進行抽檢,檢測機械性能、回縮率。
包裝:按照客戶要求進行包裝。

1. If it is pure natural rubber, it will use the mechanical shearing force of thin pass to break some long molecular chains in NR into small molecular chains to reduce the Mooney viscosity of NR and improve the process operation and processing performance. For mastication.
2. If it is a rubber compound, it is to improve the mixing effect of the rubber compound, so that the components in the rubber compound such as carbon black, vulcanizing agent and anti-aging agent are uniformly dispersed.
3. If the vulcanized rubber is regenerated, the vulcanized rubber of larger particles is pulverized into finer particles of vulcanized rubber powder by using the mechanical shearing force of the thin pass, which is convenient for recycling.

Mixing: Weighing and mixing the plasticized rubber, reinforcing agent and auxiliary agent, and then adding it to the internal mixer for mixing. After mixing, it is discharged into the internal mixer, and then opened and finished on the open mill. After parking, stand-by.

Filtration: After the parked rubber is heated, it is filtered to remove impurities, and then the film is cooled and parked.

Sulfurization: After the filtered rubber mixture is weighed, a vulcanizing agent is added to the mill, and after the vulcanizing agent is uniformly dispersed, a thin pass is performed.

Thin pass: In the open mill, the vulcanizing agent will be thinned and the strip will be extruded.

Extrusion: According to the requirements of the technical parameters of the process, select the appropriate die to adjust to meet the requirements of the technical parameters.

Vulcanization: The unvulcanized hose that meets the technical parameters of the process after extrusion shall be vulcanized according to the requirements of the technical parameters.

Cutting: The vulcanized hose is fixed and cut according to the requirements of the product and the technical parameters of the process. At the same time, check whether the surface of the vulcanized tube has impurities, bubbles, and whether there are pores in the section.
Extrusion, winding and welding of the support tube: support the strip with a plastic extruder, and then carry out the winding, welding, dressing and inspection on the winding machine according to the requirements of the technical parameters.

Expansion: The tube and the support tube that have been cut and fixed after vulcanization are expanded on the expansion machine, and the length after expansion is checked.

Finishing: Trimming, inspecting, surface wiping, and visual inspection of the expanded cold-shrink tubing.

Inspection: Check whether the cold-shrinkable tube after expansion has mechanical impurities, scratches, mechanical damage, bubbles, or deformation of the support tube, and perform sampling inspection at 100% to detect mechanical properties and retraction rate.

Packaging: Packed according to customer requirements.
