 無鹵無紅磷熱縮套管即不含鹵素,不使用磷系阻燃劑的阻燃型熱縮套管,無鹵無紅磷熱縮套管由輻射交聯聚烯烴材料製成,理化電氣性能優異,適用于高端防火安全與環保要求高的連接件的電絕緣、焊點防銹防腐、機械防護和線束防護等。
    無鹵無紅磷熱縮套管從何而來:
    2010年松下電器(中國)有限公司無錫松下冷機有限公司對於20073月到20093月期間生產的B20B26/C23C29系列,共29個型號(物件台數為365574台)的電冰箱發出了召回通告。通告對此次召回的原因進行的解釋是:稱“由於控制冷媒(製冷劑)的零部件(冷媒控制閥)中採用了紅磷阻燃劑,高溫高濕環境下,可能造成冷媒控制閥線圈斷線,導致發生‘冷藏室不冷’或者‘冷藏室過冷’的不正常現象。其中個別型號冰箱在故障狀態下長期使用時,極少數產品會產生冷媒控制閥冷媒洩漏,極端情況下會導致冒煙、起火,存在安全隱患。此外,召回範圍內的部分型號冰箱,在電源插座的L極與N極接反的情況下,也存在類似安全隱患”。此通告一出,就立即引起了業界對紅磷阻燃劑使用的擔憂。各種猜測漫天飛——有人認為在高溫高濕環境下“紅磷”能轉化成“白磷”,會產生自燃;有人認為是“紅磷遇濕會生成磷酸,對金屬元器件、電極、線圈等有腐蝕作用,甚至還會造成斷線、接觸不良、短路等品質隱患”;頓時一片譁然,客戶開始拒絕使用含紅磷產品,於是就有了“無鹵無紅磷”產品這一說法。雖然這起事件最終調查跟所使用的阻燃劑無關。但是它留給人們的陰影依然存在,對含紅磷產品仍然持懷疑態度。

In 2010, Matsushita Electric (China) Co., Ltd. Wuxi Matsushita Refrigeration Co., Ltd. produced a total of 29 models (the number of objects was 365,574) for the B20~B26/C23~C29 series produced between March 2007 and March 2009. The refrigerator issued a recall notice. The explanation for the reason for this recall is: “The red phosphorus flame retardant is used in the parts (refrigerant control valve) that controls the refrigerant (refrigerant). In the high temperature and high humidity environment, the refrigerant control valve coil may be caused. Broken wire, resulting in an abnormal phenomenon that 'refrigerating room is not cold' or 'cooling room is too cold'. When some models of refrigerators are used for a long time under fault conditions, very few products will generate refrigerant control valve refrigerant leakage, in extreme cases There are safety hazards in the case of smoke and fire. In addition, some types of refrigerators in the recall range have similar safety hazards when the L and N poles of the power outlet are reversed.. As soon as this notice came out, it immediately caused the industry's concerns about the use of red phosphorus flame retardants. Various speculations fly over the sky - some people think that in the high temperature and high humidity environment, "red phosphorus" can be converted into "white phosphorus", which will produce spontaneous combustion; some people think that "red phosphorus will produce phosphoric acid when wet, for metal components, electrodes, coils, etc. Corrosive, and even cause quality problems such as disconnection, poor contact, short circuit, etc.; suddenly a stunned, customers began to refuse to use red phosphorus products, so there is a "halogen-free red phosphorus" product. Although the final investigation of this incident was not related to the flame retardant used. But the shadow it left for people still exists, and there is still skepticism about products containing red phosphorus.
